1st Work out
Will had the honour of being the first proper visitor to Crossfit Liverpool Street and blasted his way through three rounds of
Row 500m
10 pull ups
10 Ring dips.
A challenging experience( he now knows not to sprint the 1st round!), followed by some basic snatch practise, some knees to elbows and hanging leg raises.(and some flexibility training)
The new (shared) Gym will be open at the end of February, so we are squeezed into a couple of rooms on the 1st floor of The Andaz, but it will have to do for now until the basement gym of the Andaz re opens.
